- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- All participants in the platform must be over 18 years of age.
- All participants in the platform should be Kenyan citizens.
- All participants should use valid names as registered in their MPESA/ Kenyan Bank
Account. - Payments to an individual account must be made using the individual's registered
MPESA or Bank Account. - All deposits for written tasks are made to a valid MPESA or Bank Account registered
with the user’s name and National ID.
Terms
- A writer must confirm acceptance of the writing task before starting of the order.
- An employer must approve assigning a task to a writer. Writer should ensure they have
been assigned a task before starting the order. - All tasks must be completed within (exactly before) the specified or renegotiated
deadline. - A writer must comply with the terms specified regarding quality and deadline. Therefore,
a. Complete the task within a specified deadline.
b. Provide a Turnitin report for originality.
c. Provide an AI report to prove originality. - An individual who is unpleased with a task completed by a writer must prove the
following:
a. Task was not completed by the specified deadline.
b. The task is not original. (through sharing a plagiarism report, AI Checker report, a
link to a credible source confirming the task is not original)
c. The task is poorly written in terms of context/ not following specific instructions
unique to the task. - Payment for completed and approved tasks is made on the specified date.
- For disputed tasks, up to 100% refunds are made where there is a valid claim and proof.
- For private writers. All tasks in this category are under the private agreement of the writer
and the individual assigned the task. Imanihub.com will not intervene in resolving any
dispute that can arise. - A writer who decides to work on orders where no deposit is made is assumed to work as a
private writer, and the dispute will be considered a private agreement, as in clause 13
above. - Payments are less all MPESA/Bank charges and fees for the service.
- Fees for using imanihub.com are stated on the website's pricing page. Imanihub.com
reserves the right to adjust fees at any time.
